George and I wanted to formally thank you for a “Job well done” for Eric and Alicia’s wedding on September 24th.

The bride and groom and all of our guests had a wonderful time.  It was a pleasure and a big relief to relax and leave things in your competent hands from the moment we arrived till the moment we left.

Being in the “business” ourselves for so many years I know we were doubly concerned that everything be done just right.  From our first meeting you were gracious, available for questions and a never ending source of calm.  You were so organized and accommodating that things just seemed to flow effortlessly.  That coming from someone who is familiar with what sometimes goes on “behind the scene” is one of the greatest compliments we can give you.

Many of our guests remarked on the quality of the food and service and were especially happy with your staff and your personal attention to detail.  There is a fine art to being attentive without hovering and you certainly have that mastered.  Please convey our appreciation to your chef and your staff.  We are also happy that we chose our DJ and Photographer from your recommended list.   The respect you have for one another is obvious and only enhanced the way things flowed for the evening.

Kevin, there wasn’t one thing out of place or an unwelcome surprise.  Everything went as you said it would and we know that is no small task.

On Friday the 16th of September, I was at the Willert wedding at your ballroom.  I was able to help Denise get dressed upstairs, and saw first hand the level of service your staff provided.  Every want or need that Denise or Bob has was not only met, but exceeded their expectations.  The dinner, dessert (especially the chocolate fountain) were all great.  However, there were 3 people I would like to single out for their great service

Jill-sorry I don’t know her last name and Michael Tambon ( I asked him for his name), I have been at affairs for Russo real estate (where I work) when Michael was our server, he is excellent!  Third but not least is Kevin-he ran the whole show without a hitch, again excellent!  Thanks for a great night.

Dear Lori,

I had to drop you a note to tell you how wonderful our Christmas party was.  We had 59 ladies and not a one complaint.  The food, I had a few tell me they ate slow to savor the flavor.  The staff was so kind and polite and could not of been more helpful.  The manager Joe went out of his way to make sure this event was  the best Christmas Party  that we have ever  had.  I do have to tell you when I walked in and saw two other parties going on,  I thought  oh no, but we were treated as if we were the only group in the house.    And Lori, you were so kind and helpful in planning our Red Hat Christmas Party, we plan to be back next year...  Thank you to all.....

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service  you provided our family for the Memorial Service celebration for Walter Spence on November 19, 2005.  The respect you showed and attention to every detail was incredible.

The service to honor my Dad was such a great celebration of his life.  So many people commented on how nice the room was and of course, how great the food was.  As I continue to run into people who attended the service, they are still impressed and comment on how it was truly a celebration of a wonderful man’s life.

Fantastic! Awesome! What a beautiful place!  The dinner and everything was absolutely the best!  What a class act! You really outdid yourself!

Thought I’d share a few of the comments I received from our guests at Danielle and Justin’s wedding on Friday October 29th.  I know that you and I spoke briefly toward the end of the evening; however, I just had to take a few moments to tell you how appreciative we are, and how pleased we were, with every facet of the reception.  Everything was absolutely PERFECT.  Not only did people share their positive comments with us all vevning long, but our phone rang off the hook with calls from guests who “had to tell us” what a great reception it was.

I am also involved in the service oriented industry, and realize that when most people pay for a service, they expect(and rightfully so) to get what they pay for.  In most cases it is taken for granted.  I also realize that, unfortunately, in many cases, it doesn’t happen that way.  You not only came through with everything you promised, but did it in a way that demonstrated to me that this is the way you do business at Heritage each and every time.

As you indicated in Friday, you are unable to do it alone.  I’m happy to say that each member of your staff was pleasant, accommodating and professional all night long.  Please share my appreciation with them.  And while it certainly takes a strong supporting cast to make the feature a success, it can’t happen without an outstanding leader.

I would be remiss if I did not take the time to thank you for providing excellent facilities, service and food for our party on October 18, 2003. Almost every guest complimented me for having such a wonderful affair.

One couple arrived a little late and could not find a parking space close to the entrance. One of your employees saw them riding around and asked if they were having a problem. They told him of their parking problem and he volunteered to park the car for them. They accepted his offer. How accommodating can you get?
